The complex consists of both Sellini Apart Hotel and Soula Studios which have a range of accommodation available suitable from 2-7 persons depending on the type of room chosen.

Sellini Apart Hotel
The accommodation includes:
* 18 studios suitable for 2-3 persons with twin beds
* 5 two bedroom apartments suitable for 4 persons
* 5 large studios for 4-5 persons and
* 1 large apartment for 6-7 persons.

All accommodation has a functional fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, kettle and toaster and a bathroom with wc and shower or bathtub, air-condition, satellite tv, safety deposit box, plus spacious furnished balconies with wonderful views.

Soula Studios
The accommodation includes:
* 16 studios suitable for 2 persons
All have twin beds, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette with all utensils and cooking facilities and spacious private balcony with wonderful views.

The family run apartments have many feature and facilities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

The complex has its own private swimming pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas plus a snack bar that is open from early until late Other facilities include children's pool, outdoor showers, air-condition, safety deposit box, landscaped gardens and parking.

The accommodation is between the family friendly resort of Alykes and the more traditional local village of Katastari giving you the option to explore both.

The tourist resort of Alykes is famous for its glorious golden sandy beach which shelves gently into the warm, clear blue Ionian Sea, making it ideal for families with young children.

The resort centre is 800m away and has a great range of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops. Zakynthos Town is 16km away and the airport is 18km.
